Sunrise Senior Living has an immediate need for an experienced and well-rounded regional human resources (HR) business partner to provide strategic human resource management, labor relations, collective bargaining, training and development, and market leadership advisory support to five (5) Sunrise communities—all with a largely unionized labor workforce—in Sunrise’s Canadian portfolio (four communities in Ontario and one in Québec).
