    RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

    Responsabilités:

    - Bâtir des relations durables avec un nombre précis d'aînés et leur famille en fournissant de l'aide au niveau des activités quotidiennes, en répondant aux besoins en matière de soins et en apprenant à connaître les goûts et la personnalité des aînés.

    - Aviser la direction des changements au niveau de l'état de santé du résident et recommander des modifications en matière de soins et de services.

    - Aider les résidents au niveau des aptitudes de vie et autres activités d'enrichissement, comme indiqué sur leur profil.

    - Intégrer une série d'expériences multisensorielles dans la journée du résident. 

     

    Qualifications:

    - Dévouement et passion de servir les aînés avec excellentes aptitudes au niveau du service à la clientèle.

    - Une attitude positive, une certaine souplesse dans l'accomplissement de différentes tâches et la capacité de travailler en équipe sont la clé du succès.

    - Diplôme d'études secondaires ou de formation générale accepté ou requis selon la province.

    - Être âgé de 18 ans et plus.

    - Expérience de travail auprès des aînés, un atout.

    - Capacité de faire des choix, de prendre des décisions et d'agir dans l'intérêt des résidents.

    - Aptitudes de communication, écrite et verbale et bon niveau de compréhension.

    - Aptitudes de gestion du temps et organisationnelles.

    - Faire preuve de bon jugement, capable de trouver des solutions et de prendre des décisions.

     

     

    Responsibilities:
    - Build meaningful relationships with a specified number of seniors and their families as you provide assistance with activities of daily living, attend to individual care needs and get to know their unique preferences and personalities
    - Notify management of changes in condition and recommend adjustments in the level of care and service
    - Assist residents in life skills and other life enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile
    - Blends a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident's day

     

    Qualifications:
    - PAB certificate or in the process of completing.

    - Must have some form of a weekend availability (Saturdays or Sundays).

    - Dedication to and passion to serve seniors with excellent customer service skills
    - Positive attitude, the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents and the ability to work in a team environment are keys to success
    - High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations
    - In states where appropriate, must maintain certifications
    - Must be at least 18 years of age
    - Previous experience working with seniors preferred
    - Ability to make choices, decisions and act in the resident’s best interest
    - Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and a level of understanding
    - Competent in organizational and time management skills
    - Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
